The video consist of extracts of interviews with the art student Ina Åsheim. Åsheim makes expressionistic, personal drawings, and she explains thoroughly how she is aware of her own presence and concentration; in every new drawing she is searching for something to draw. The film investigates how the mechanisms present in Åsheim´s drawing process could also be operative outside the paper, in ”the real world”, and consequently, how art can function as an image of unrealized possibilities.
